hi,

I am doing some device driver development for assabet board. I have got
kernel 2.4.0-rmk1-np1 working on that board (all with default configuration
as indicated in the documentation of the source tree). But when I tried to
insmod a module, it gives a lot of unresolved symbols whic are kernel
symbols. Even printk is unresolved:
/lib/modules/2.4.0-rmk1-np1/net/xxxxx.o: unresolved symbol printk_Rdd132261

The result of "ksyms -a | grep printk" on this kernel is:
c02268b8 fp_printk
c02268b8 __VERSIONED_SYMBOL(printk)

What does this __VERSIONED_SYMBOL mean? Seems that most of the kernel
symbols are displayed in this format under ksyms -a command.

Any suggestions?

Regards,
Leonard Ye
