Assabet with no LCD

Hi there,

I've recently borrowed an Assabet without LCD nor battery pack. I
power it with 4.5V DC, jumper J22 removed.

Somebody  knows if such a board can be made to work? (ie booting Angel).

Up to now I see no messages on the serial port (115200 8N1, no hw ctl).
