I just got my hands on an SA-1110 Intel Assabet development board, and
would like to get a form of linux running on it. I have already gotten
a cross compiler toolchain and built a 2.4 kernel. Now, from what I
have read, I need to grab a ramdisk and put it on the Assabet. This is
where I get confused. I have seen mention of both blob and bootldr as
necessary files, and several different ramdisks.

So I guess my question comes down to how do I mesh my kernel, a ramdisk,
and some sort of bootloader and put it all in a bootable format onto the
Assabet? I have Jflash-linux, however I don't know what kind of file
that it expects in order to burn the flash. I have tried reading
everything that I have found, but I haven't been able to find
documentation for Jflash-linux, bootldr, or blob.

In the end, I would like to put a Socket LP-E ethernet card on there ...
any more ideas?

Any info will be greatly appreciated, thanks

-Mike
