The documentation you're really looking for is being compiled by Wookey,
as I understand it.

In the mean time, booting with Angel is probably the most foolproof
method of getting started with Linux on Assabet. Your kernel source
should contain the file linux/Documentation/arm/SA1100/Assabet, which
has a pointer to an instructional web page for Assabet. That page
includes directions for using angelboot, as well as pointers to various
ramdisks.

Once you've actually sorted out an ARM toolchain, kernel building, and
so forth, going to one of the more functional bootloaders will probably
be of interest to you.
