I am trying to make a USB device work on the intel board SA1110. From
the Hard Hat
Cross Developpement Kit, I am using the kernel 2.4.0-test2 setting
the USB devfs, and
OHCI flag to one.
It compiles fine but when I log on the target, even when I do a
mount none /proc/bus/usb -t usbdevfs
it only appears oneempty file in this directory :
devices
and
drivers that contains :
usbmouse
usbdevfs
both are empty, there is no directory 001 as on a PC, and I can't see
any USB device
recognized what ever it is : I tried a scanner, a mouse and a keyboard
but none
of them appeared in /proc/bus/usb/devices.
What did I do wrong? Shall I change my kernel version? Do I have
anything to set
as IRQ, memset while booting? Do I have a patch to apply to the
kernel to recognize
specific Assabet USB port?
I would greatly appreciate Any help, clue or suggestion on that.
Thanks folks for your time, and have a nice day!
Samuel
