hello,
Nice to get your patch.Thank you.
I test it immediately.
But I am disappointed that the bootldr with the patch
doesn't work on my phase 5 assabet/neponset. I downloaded
the latest bootldr source from cvs.handhelds.org,then ran
in the bootldr source directory:
# gzip -dc bootldr-snapshot-7-mar-2001.patch.gz | patch -p1
It ran happyly, I got no errors. I modified config.mk. Then
# make
# Jflash-linux bootldr
.....
Verifying Successfully!
But I got nothing from ttyS1,either ttyS0. I have tried different
baudrate, still got nothing. The elder bootldr works well though
I can't listen to music.
Have someone else tested this patch on assabet ?
What is the result ?
Thank you
Regards
Fengcai
