I have the same problem, I load zImage (2.4.2) in raw format
"load -r -b 0x01000000 /tftpboot/zImage-2.4.2" then
"exec 0x01000000"
and assabet freezed!
I used the redboot ROM image already compile in hal/arm/sa11x0/assabet directory which
is not sync with the source from cvs
(2001/04/03).
If I try rebuilding Redboot with network support, the RAM image does not work.
Although I followed the process described in
documentation:
"ecosconfig new assabet redboot"
"ecosconfig add flash"
"ecosconfig add pcmcia net_drivers cf_eth_drivers"
"ecosconfig tree"
and after copying image in /tftpboot :
"load /tftpboot/redboot.srec"
"go"
and nothing...
So, what is the right process to rebuild correctly redboot and to boot linux with it?
Do I have to configure the build of the linux kernel?
It is currently configured to boot without initrd and directly from a cramfs root
partition and it works well with blob bootloader.
Thanks in advance.
Benoit.
