Dear arm-linux mailing list,
we are facing problem with ptrace command on arm-linux. We cannot
get the registers of a child process(who has set itself as TRACEME).
In arm-linux 2.2 there is no support for GETREGS option of ptrace .
Can somebody please tell us where i can get the patch for just the
ptrace (not the whole linux tree). or how one can get the registers
of a child process without ptrace.
Are these registers addressable?
NOTE : We cannot upgrade to a newer version of linux as we
our company has configured it according to our needs.
