All,
We are using the 2.4.2 kernel on our platform.
We are using a LP-E compact flash NIC card from Socket Communications.
It uses the standard ne2000 drivers.
When the kernel boots, it does not always recognize the card and will not
load the drivers.
If I physically eject and re-insert the card all is well.
I am using the cardctl that comes with ramdisk_ks.gz.
I have also had a problem where it will recognize the card and load the
drivers, but all the packets are errored.
any suggestions.
Thanks
