There is a little confusion over here: libstdc++ _is_ part of the
gcc-2.95.2 sources. What you see at that URL is libstdc++-v3, the
successor of libstdc++-v2 that comes with gcc-2.95.2.

It depends of course on what you want. If you are a C++ developer and
want the most standard compliant libstdc++, go for libstdc++-v3. If you
just want to compile packages you found on the 'net, use libstdc++-v2.
If you don't want to compile libstdc++-v2 yourself, get the LART cross
compiler package at:
http://www.lart.tudelft.nl/lartware/compile-tools/
It includes full support for C and C++.
