The JTAG interface just require 5 JTAG lines:
1. TRST, TDI,TDO,TMS,TCLK and you may bring out the signals from the SA1110
BGA. (maybe from the vias)
The JFLASH will take control of the SA1110 to program the FLASH, that is,
the SA will take serial data and program it into the FLASH througgh its own
system bus.
This is at least needed to download the bootloader, if not for other linux
components. JFLASH may need to be modified if you are using a different
JTAG configuration as the evaluation board.
