Ok, those are the correct IDs. Can you check that you have the following
entry in your /etc/pcmcia/config file please?
card "Socket LP-E CF+ Ethernet"
manfid 0x0104, 0x0075
bind "pcnet_cs"
This tells the PCMCIA card manager that your card needs the pcnet_cs driver.
