how do i boot up the IQ80310 card with Vxworks bootrom.bin file

hi ,   I am working on IQ80310 card .The board contains the default redboot monitor routine.Now i want to load the vxworks bootrom.bin image into Flash and boot the card  with Vxworks. can anyone please explain sequence of steps to be followed and which location i have to write this VXworks bootrom.bin file.How can  i make it execute putting it at that location.I am very new to this card.can u tell me the method to write vxworks image also into flash.I have default redboot that should also be there at same location.Can u please explain me the Memory mapping in this card.the start address of Flash.the start address of Ram .   Let me put it in a simple words,i want my card with vxworks ported on it. can u explain the steps to be followed.
