I am working on getting a cirrus pd6722 pcmcia controller working on my
arm board. The information I have gotten seesm to indicate that the
controller has been mapped directly into memory space, as the header files
specify hardcoded adresses for the memory and io windows. I have a patch
from Simon Glass that maps the memory correctly, which allows me to ident
and status the cards using cardctl. The IO mapping seems to be messed up
though, as the commands from the drivers that want to access the card
hardware all fail. Is there somewhere that would tell me how io mapping is
supposed to be done on a strongARM?
I have attached the patches to i82365.c and cs.c. Could someone
take a look at them and help me to understand what exactly is going on
with the io mapping, or why it might be wrong?
Thanks!
Nic
