Hello, I am working with a SA-1100 system (Shannon) and needed to get inetd & telnetd working. I took the source for these from uClinux and got them working under the Shannon. I had taken a quick look at the the "normal" inetd sources, but determined that the binary would be in excess of 100K. The uClinux source is a stripped down version of inetd and its' binary only weighs in at 11K.
What do people generally do when you need source for an embedded ARM system? Is there a central repository of lightweight source code that you can access? I don't have a hard drive on my Shannon, I do have a 48Meg CF though. I would appreciate and comments anyone would have about locating source for small footprint apps. Busybox is a cool solution, but it doesn't address all issues, like an HTTP server, etc. TIA, TomW -- Tom Walsh - WN3L - Embedded Systems Consultant http://openhardware.net, http://cyberiansoftware.com "Windows?
