Rawhide release for ARM

Snooping around at ftp://rawhide.redhat.com I notice that there
is now an armv4l directory containing a whole load of the latest
bits... can the RPMS here be used to directly upgrade my RH v3
ARMLinux, originally installed from the Clan CD?
