2.2.3 is y2.002k compliant

Anyone else seen this?

My 2.2.3 kernel on my RiscPC set the clock year to 2002 at boot time
I presume its reading the CMOS wrongly, as rebooting to RISC OS sends me back
to 1999, and 2.2.2 thinks we're in 1999. Presumably 2.2.3 watched Red Dwarf
last night.
