Thanks a lot, now it works better. (not yet the best) 

I've now managed to begin to boot, but kernel keeps waiting at
PCI: Probing PCI hardware.
Is there something wrong with PCI ? My card is configured as host-
bridge and is plugged on DEC PCI backplane
