There is an RPM for glibc on netwinder.org in my home directory:

ftp://ftp.netwinder.org/users/s/scottb/redhat/SRPMS/glibc-2.1-0nw2.src.rpm

This is base on a diff from the released 2.1 source and the CVS tree as of
16/04/99. It has all of the relevant ARM fixes in it; in particular the stack
overwrites with socket calls and memmap when interrupted by a signal are fixed.
Compiled binary versions are available in the same area.
