They're in Woody's home directory (users/w/woody on ftp.netwinder.org)-
2.0.8c is the latest. It's still "experimental" though, not officially
blessed yet. For use with 2.2. kernels you want firmware >= 2.0.7.

Depends how your machine is set up. For all but the really old machines,
the root device is /dev/hda1 (not 2), and you may have more than 32 Megs of
ram... With firmware 2.0.8c, a reasonably suitable "param struct" should be
passed to the main kernel - but it still needs more testing...
