I got the EtherH driver compiled as a module, finally, to see that it
/will/ work if inserted as a module, under 2.2. However, I've also found
out that it is the EtherH which freezes the machine upon reboot. :/

The way I performed this was rather `interesting':

  * Cross-compile 8390.o and etherh.o, then transfer via floppy disc
(the kernel froze when reading from my ADFS drive)
  * Cross-compile and statically link (fixing bugs along the way)
`insmod', and transfer by floppy disc as well (I needed the ELF
    tools).

I haven't managed to get any 2.0 kernels to compile under my cross-
compile environment, and the presupplied kernel doesn't do ELF, so
I was rather worried.
