My guess is that you've got CONFIG_TEXT_SECTIONS enabled, since otherwise
the 'action' structure for IRQ 18 should be page aligned. Also, I suggest
to look at arch/arm/mm/init.c:251 - you may want to add something here
to prevent the page containing the timer1_irq structure from being freed.
This should get you going again.
