I have a problem with the Bios 1.06 (on an EBSA-285 board in PCI
backplane + DEC 21041-PB ethernet).

First two bugs I found in the manual_boot() function:
- missing break after switch case '2'
- img_nr isn't initialized

My first aim (being the humble person that I am) is to make it do
bootp. It doesn't get that far. The bios is correctly in flash,
executing the memory test fine and it shows me the manual boot menu
when it gets two 's' in row.

The problem is that the boot procedure itself hangs somewhere. The
stranger thing is that all printf()s stop to work somewhere, before
there should be anything strange. For autoboot there should be the
messages " starting autoboot\n" and "Trying %s...\n" which I never see,
it appears to hang right there.

The manual boot menu works fine however. The green LED keeps blinking
after hang, tcpdump on my x86 box shows nothing (the network/hardware
does work, I do get bootp requests from Angel with bootp support).
