I am trying to compile the tool chain as a cross compiler.
I have read the faqs, the web pages,
and applied the patches (at least i think i got them all).
I started out with
binutils-2.9.5.0.14
gcc-2.95.1(patched)
glibc-2.1.2pre3(with add-ons crypt and linuxthreads)
I successfully configured glibc but failed to make with the following
errors :
asm/proc/ptrace.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [init-first.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/glibc-2.1.2pre3/csu'
make: *** [csu/subdir_lib] Error 2
What does it mean? And anybody knows how to solve? Thanks.
