Just a reminder: The plugin still has to be split into two binary
files not to generate unnecessary problems. Plugins that don't need
to do non-RT safe stuff shouldn't be made incapable of running in
kernel space hard RT engines and the like just because of the GUI -
which mustn't run in the engine thread anyway...!
