Sorry, I meant MIDI-controllers not microcontrollers.
I'm happy if I can use as general as possible microcontroller.

The question is about are current MIDI-controllers able to provide
what I want and for what price. I have written a document on my design
and will post it perhaps next week. Then you will see what I mean.
