LADSPA Plugin Library: LPL.             looks like a Public License?
LASDPA Basis Library: LBL.              looks like a national laboratory?
LASDPA Standard Library: LSL.           hmm.

Or, hell, throw off the acronym tyranny.  "Plugh" is a nice word.
