if anyone is interested in a still-nascent GUI wrapper for RealAudio's "RealProducer", a $-free program that can do live streaming from OSS devices (hopefully, ALSA OSS-emulation too!) to a web-server (among other things), let me know. i've wrapped its rather complex command line in a short-ish Gtk-- program, mostly for use in an upcoming webcast that a client/employee at Rittenhouse Recording will be doing on Sept. 18th (assuming we can get it all working). i don't have any particular plans to release this code in the foreseeable future, but if somebody wants it, its theirs. --p
