make jack and jackified apps work with hibernate-ram reasons: - It's great coming back to my/your pc and have it ready in seconds - saves energy - saves money - might help the nature - better system integration - no requirement to close jack and all jack-apps, when hibernating - improved acceptance as THE audioserver
