That's a nice thing to say. I've already planned a primitive synth-sequencer code for my students using /dev/dsp. But I want to push it further....now I'm wondering if some rudimentary form of granular synthesis might be hackable in pure C + /dev/dsp. Pointers, anyone? As long as it's making weird sounds, I don't care if its not used or obsolete. Still haven't checked out Fluxus yet, Dave....but I will soon. ------- -.- 1/f ))) --. ------- ... http://www.algomantra.com
