Hi!
File doesn't do it automatically. It's not in the standard at least. And
there are special utilities for it.
Btw.: file gives me only general standard info on MIDI as well, interesting
as it might be, there's nothing about length in there.
Good idea anyway. I'd never have thought of that one.
