Just as a follow up to your email, (albeit a few months later). I've been very busy with projects at work (12+ hour days and weekends). Pieter did get a hold of me and we are discussing this offline. Yes, junk mail filters cut out a few mails, and one of them was not, I just overlooked it (I get 150+ emails a day that are not spam), Pieter had sent me an email at the request of our customer support manager back in May.
