By searching I found that in MATLAB repositories in http://www.mathworks.fr/matlabcentral/fileexchange/9853-samplify-sampled-data-compression Samplify Sampled Data Compression there is evaluation code of samplify algorithms, with compress and decompress code. There is a manual with some theory about it. The code there can handle several data formats, integer and float. -- A. C.
