Good to know ! When I was working at Alcatel there were some ladies in the electronics workshop specialised in this sort of operations - replacing SMD components, destroyed by the developers, on prototype PCBs. They could also solder cables onto 19-pin Lemo connectors without melting them, and perform other sorts of miracles. They won my eternal admiration - I get nervous when I have to solder an XLR-3M.
