I'm pleased to declare http://ltcsmpte.sourceforge.net/ as deprecated and release libltc-1.0.2 into the wild. Linear (or Longitudinal) Timecode (LTC) is an encoding of SMPTE timecode data as a Manchester-Biphase encoded audio signal.
