Now that is an interesting thing. Faust certainly has an advantage here, as it naturally expresses parallelism down to the statement level. You can't seriously claim that GUI packing boxes an hints are anything 'advanced'. But all of this is besides the point. Which is the simple fact that the 'architecture' files contain nothing Faust at all. It's perfectly possible to use them with hand-written C++, done it once to quicly get some AUs.
