Hard to tell. What I can find out about it seems to indicate that it is
closely tied to AVB. It may be possible to just use the parts that make
sense outside of AVB, but I think it would no longer meet the standard
which then asks why use it. The entry costs on all things AVB are higher
than I can afford.
