Two (minor?) corrections: it started with salad dressings, but it's
quite a bit more by now (they also have some ready-made pasta
sauces... I know, I ate one ;-).
All the profits of Newman's Own (that's the brand) go to
charity... they give to various charities, depending on their "whim".
AFAIK, they give the money directly, as from the company, and not via
any foundation (I'm not saying that there's no Scott Newman
foundation... just that it's not involved if it exists).
Just wanted to clear that up (I like the man, the company, the
philosophy,... and the product (yum! ;-)).
