My first foray into audio programming has yielded 12 new LADSPA
oscillator plugins!
Sawtooth (freq: audio)
(freq: control)
Square (again, two variants)
Variable Pulse (freq: audio, pulsewidth: audio)
(freq: audio, pulsewidth: control)
(freq: control, pulsewidth: audio)
(freq: control, pulsewidth: control)
Slope-variable Triangle (same variants as pulse)

No amplitude control - there's perfectly good amp plugins out there...
these just oscillate. That's it.
They use linear interpolation (which is bad, but will change). They're
not optimised in any way (this will change).
