Hi All, I've just been informed by the UK Patent Office that the EUCD (European Union Copyright Directive, the equivalent EU legislation to the DMCA) consultation paper has been released.
Please forward this information onto as many people as you can. And those on the list who are in other EU countries please be on the lookout. IIRC this legislation is due to be put into force EU-wide in Nov. It's important that we give feedback to the UK government that this legislation will have a chilling effect on the software industry.
