It's not one program that's the problem, it's multiple programs. If I had the money I would definately have at /least/ two heads set up. My average "messing around with music" environment: qjackctl alsa-patch-bay jack-patch-bay qsynth main window qsynth channels window seq24 and/or Muse ardour jack-rack two terminals hydrogen freevamp ams/ssm/some other synth That's alot of stuff.. sure, multiple desktops work alright, but being able to see my sequencers and synths at the same time (for example) would sure be nice... -Dave
