steve harris' plugins (plugins.org.uk) contains a LADSPA pitch shifting plugin, or maybe even 3. i think they all work in the time domain, perhaps 1 of them is frequency domain. > q *= THE PITCH SHIFTED SAMPLE MAGIC!
