The easiest way to input IRIG-B is as an audio signal via a soundcard, and use a software decoder. That was one my first jobs when I joined Alcatel Space more than 10 years ago :-) We are still using that code -- it takes less than 0.1% of available CPU on today's systems, and provides sub-microsecond accuracy. -- FA
