This is my main gripe with ALSA documentation: it often uses terms
and concepts that are defined nowhere. The english terms used for
some concepts can be hard to decode as well. This is a real problem
with e.g. the doxygen pages for the pcm and seq APIs.
If you don't like the current documentation, you are welcome to improve it.
