Maybe next time I will try everything, before I speak.....probably not. Well I recompiled the audit-1.2.3 with the new kernel and it works as it should. The newer audit releases still do not compile, but I am almost certain it is the fact that I did not compile in the SE-Linux support. audit.h does mention something about SE-Linux, when dealing with those includes.
