Hi,

While packaging bcache-tools for Fedora I run into the situation that it appears that not litterally all GPL licensing terms are met, one of them being "the process involves adding two elements to each source file of your program: a copyright notice (such as “Copyright 1999 Terry Jones”), and a statement of copying permission, saying that the program is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (or the Lesser GPL)." as described here:

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

I'm not an expert on the matter, and any feedback on this is welcome.

Thanks,

Rolf
