dynamic arrays - inspired from CCAN darrays, basically c++ stl vectors. Open coding these is unwieldy. In this series they're used by the new dcache code for exclusion between case insensitive directories and overlayfs, and we've got a lot of open coded dynamic arrays that could be cleaned up with this.
