July 23, 1999, 04:08 PM Exchange Stops Responding Every 3-4 Weeks We use Exchange Server 5.5 (no service pack) on NT 4.0 (SP3) and every 3-4 weeks our users complain that they cannot send any emails. We use Outlook 97 as the Exchange client, and when this is started it cannot connect to the exchange server. There are no error messages in the event logs and I have tried unsuccessfully to stop and restart the Exchange services. The only way to resolve this problem is to shutdown and restart the server. Does anyone know how I can track down what is causing Exchange to become unresponsive? - It seems fine for a few weeks then just stops.
