Hi As most everyone on the planet knows by now (not to exaggerate too much) Linus Torvalds left Transmeta to go to the Open Source Development Laboratory (www.osdl.org). The lab is "a non-profit, global consortium of leading technology companies dedicated to accelerating the adoption of Linux." Here's the article from Cnet: http://news.com.com/2100-1016_3-1018057.html?tag=fd_top
I think that it is worth our while to see how we can work with the lab. Historically, Linus has not paid us much mind, but Ooo has raced ahead in the last year and is understood to be the default suite for open-source offices.
