Pois est� claro o motivo! Squid n�o � seguro rodando como superusu�rio! Se voc� deve iniciar o Squid como superusu�rio (root), ent�o voc� DEVE configurar ele para rodar como um usu�rio sem privil�gios com a op��o "cache_effective_user" no arquivo de configura��o. N�O EXECUTE O SQUID COMO ROOT, configure "cache_effective_user".
